01 · Introduction
Overview and scope
This Privacy Policy explains how 51 SERVICES (“we”, “us” or “our”) handles digital personal data when you visit our website, submit a service enquiry, request a quotation, make a booking or communicate with us. We coordinate customer enquiries and allocate service leads to suitable vendors; we do not operate a public vendor directory or list vendor profiles on the website.
We process personal data for the purposes described in this policy and in the notice provided when the information is collected. We process personal data only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable data protection law.
This policy covers customers, website visitors and service vendors engaged to fulfil service requests. We share relevant customer information with the vendor assigned to a booking so the vendor can contact the customer and deliver the service. We share relevant information about the assigned vendor with the customer so the customer can identify who is expected to arrive. The legal entity that operates the website must be identified before publication.
For the purposes of applicable data protection law, the entity identified in the Contact & Grievances section is responsible for the processing described in this policy, subject to the roles and responsibilities established by law.
02 · Information
Information we collect
Depending on the features you use, we may collect the following categories of information, to the extent they are actually collected by our systems. Customer information is used to assess enquiries and coordinate leads; vendor information is used for onboarding, verification and service fulfilment rather than public vendor listings.

- Customer location information: service address, saved addresses, locality, service-area details and, only if enabled and necessary, device-derived or precise GPS location used to arrange or fulfil a booking.
- Service and booking details: selected service, appointment date, instructions, quotation, booking status and service history.
- Account information: login identifiers, saved addresses, preferences and account settings.
- Payment and invoice information: booking amount, payment status, refund status, invoice and transaction references. Where payments are processed by a third-party payment provider, that provider may collect payment credentials under its own applicable terms and privacy notice.
- Technical information: IP address, browser and device details, logs, cookie identifiers and website interaction data where those technologies are enabled.
- Vendor identity and verification information: identity proof and related details supplied for verification, verification status, and records needed to confirm a vendor’s identity. Examples of documents collected may include government-issued identity documents, where lawfully necessary and appropriate.
- Vendor business credentials: business registration details, trade or professional licences, permits, certificates, licence or registration numbers, validity/expiry dates and supporting business documents, where applicable.
- Vendor location information: business or operating address, service coverage areas and, only if enabled and necessary for a specific feature, device-derived or precise GPS location.
- Support communications: messages, complaints, feedback and information you choose to provide when contacting us.
We collect personal data that is reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Vendor identity documents and business licences are collected for vendor onboarding, identity and business verification, and related operational or legal requirements. Customer and vendor location information is used to assess service availability, allocate leads and enable the assigned vendor to reach the service address. We do not ask individuals to provide additional personal data unless it is relevant to a specified purpose.

04 · Disclosure
Sharing with service professionals and partners
51 SERVICES coordinates customer enquiries and assigns or confirms service leads with suitable vendors. We do not publicly list vendor profiles or vendor information on our website. To fulfil a lead, we may share the customer's relevant personal data with the specific vendor assigned to the enquiry or booking.
- Assigned vendors: the customer's relevant name, contact details, service address or location, requested service, appointment timing and instructions, to the extent needed to contact the customer and deliver the service.
- Technology and hosting providers: providers supporting website hosting, communications, customer support, security and backups.
- Payment providers: providers processing payments, refunds and transaction verification, where applicable.
- Professional advisers or authorities: where disclosure is legally required or otherwise permitted by applicable law.
We share customer information only with the vendor assigned to the relevant lead and only to the extent reasonably necessary for service delivery. Customer information is not made available to unrelated vendors for their independent use. Vendor identity proofs and full business-document copies are restricted to authorised personnel and verification providers who require them.
Vendors receiving customer information may use it only to contact the customer, coordinate and perform the assigned service, and meet applicable legal obligations. They must protect the information against unauthorised access, use or disclosure. Access is restricted when the lead is cancelled, completed or reassigned, subject to necessary recordkeeping.
Lead allocation is part of our service model, so relevant customer information is shared with the vendor assigned to the booking. 51 SERVICES does not operate a public directory in which customers browse vendors. We do not sell personal data except where a practice is expressly described in an applicable notice and permitted by law.

Cookies, analytics and advertising
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies where necessary to operate the website, maintain security, remember preferences and support the services requested by users. Where analytics or advertising technologies are used, they may process technical identifiers and website activity data in accordance with applicable notices and law.
Where consent is required for a cookie or similar technology, we obtain consent before activating that technology. Users may change or withdraw their choices through the cookie preference controls available on the website. Essential technologies required for core website functions may remain active.
Cookie preferences can be managed through the website controls where provided. Browser settings may also allow users to block or delete cookies, although blocking certain cookies may affect website functionality.
06 · Safeguards
Security and data retention
We implement reasonable technical and organisational security safeguards appropriate to the personal data we process and the risks involved. These safeguards may include access restrictions, secure transmission, authentication controls, backups, staff procedures, vendor controls and incident monitoring, as appropriate to our systems.
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, comply with applicable legal obligations, maintain required business records, resolve disputes and protect our legal interests.
Vendor identity proofs and business licences are accessible only to authorised personnel and service providers who require them for verification or related lawful purposes. We retain these documents only for the applicable verification, operational or legal retention period. Where retaining a full document is no longer necessary, we may securely delete it and retain a limited verification result or reference where lawful.
Customer and vendor location information is retained only for the purposes for which it is collected, including service allocation, delivery, support, security and applicable recordkeeping. When personal data is no longer required and no legal basis for retention remains, it is securely erased or anonymised in accordance with applicable law.
Although we take reasonable steps to protect personal data, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
