Important Notice to Customers: By booking, requesting, or initiating any service via 51services.in, you acknowledge and accept all terms set forth below. These terms establish a legally binding agreement governing your service engagement, location sharing, cancellations, quotations, and warranty rights.
1.1. Collection of User Information: By accessing the portal or placing a booking, you provide voluntary, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent to 51services.in to collect, securely store, and process your personal identification data (including full name, verified mobile number, email address, and service premises details) necessary for service execution.
1.2. Real-Time Geolocation Processing: You expressly grant permission to 51services.in and its authorized technological infrastructure to access, monitor, and process your device's approximate and precise geographic coordinates (via GPS, IP address, and mapping APIs). Such location tracking is restricted solely to: Automated address resolution, street validation, and geofence verification; Logistics allocation, matching the nearest available authorized Service Partner; Live route dispatch tracking and customer arrival estimations.
1.3. Withdrawal & Compliance: All geolocation and personal records are maintained in strict adherence to India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You may adjust device-level permissions at any time; however, disabling location services may inhibit automated service fulfillment.
2.1. Indicative Estimates: All initial fees, labor tariffs, and pricing figures visible on 51services.in or auto-generated at the time of booking are baseline estimates founded upon standard, non-complex working conditions.
2.2. Portal Rate Adjustments: Displayed portal prices remain subject to change based on actual site variables, specialized technical requirements, and localized environmental factors.
2.3. On-Site Inspection & Scope Approval: Any supplementary labor, specialized equipment, consumables, or replacement spare parts necessitated upon physical diagnosis will be formally quoted to you prior to the execution of work. Technicians shall proceed with extended repairs only upon receiving your direct approval.
3.1. Free Rescheduling Window: You hold the right to reschedule any confirmed appointment free of penalty up to two (2) hours prior to the scheduled time slot, subject to technician availability.
3.2. Cancellation Before Partner Dispatch: A booking may be cancelled without penalty if the request is submitted prior to the Service Partner being dispatched to your site. In this event, the entire amount prepaid will be reverted in full.
3.3. Non-Refundable Booking Fee (En Route & Doorstep): Cancellation before vendor leaves = 100% refund. Cancelled while vendor is travelling = partial. Doorstep cancellation = Booking/inspection fee strictly non-refundable.
3.4. Platform Cancellation & Force Majeure: 51services.in reserves unreserved discretion to cancel appointments due to unserviceable coverage pockets, climatic disturbances, or safety threats, reverting 100% funds within 5 to 7 business days.
4.1. Safe Ingress & Essential Utilities: You agree to provide the assigned Service Partner with prompt, unobstructed, and physically safe access to premises with running water and electricity.
4.2. Mandatory Securing of Valuables: Customers are strictly instructed to secure all valuable belongings (cash, gold, jewelry, documents) in locked quarters. 51services.in maintains zero liability for unattended valuables.
5.1. Mutual Dignity & Respect: Personnel are entitled to a hostile-free environment.
5.2. Immediate Right of Termination: Physical harassment, verbal abuse, or intimidation leads to immediate service termination without refund and possible legal action.
6.1. Revisit Warranty Scope: Completed services carry a limited revisit warranty covering craftsmanship defects.
6.2. Express Warranty Exclusions: Pre-existing structural flaws, unauthorized customer/third-party tampering, and customer-supplied spare parts invalidate the warranty.
